Komodo Live-Aboard - Guest Comments

David York - Australia

The Komodo trip was organised from start to finish with great skill and attention to detail. The boat was great, plenty of room to look after camera gear, the food and cabins were excellent. Each dive was an underwater extravaganza, with so much to see and photograph. I especially appreciated the personalized service and one-on-one tutoring. The difference in my photographs from day 1 to day 8 was very evident. Jeff offered advice and tips on how to get the best from my camera, and the evening Lightroom sessions showed me many new ideas on photo manipulation. As a fairly new underwater photographer, Jeff and Dawn made sure that everything operated smoothly. Jeff even helped with a modification to my Ikelite housing, to enable me to achieve focus more easily.
