An afternoon dive at the Drop-Off in Tulamben Bay, reminded to us that the dive sites in our own backyard are World-Class. First we came across a huge Bump Head Parrot Fish (left) feeding on hard corals, it seemed to not even notice that we were around, casually munching on the reef. Then only a few meters further along the wall we find a large nudibranch that we have only seen once before (right) |
| Later on the same dive, we saw for the first time a juvenile Clown Trigger Fish (left), a rare sight for us. This incredibly coloured fish is normally seen in its adult colouration. Finally we got to our destination, a large seafan where a Denise Pygmy Seahorse (right) has been living with it's mate for the last month. | |
